Teen Ministry

The Teen Ministry, led by Corrie & Stefanie McClary and Frank & Tammica Dowd, is a group of high school aged individuals who are striving to carry out God's mission and purpose in their lives. Our goal is to provide a positive and safe environment through spiritual devotionals and fun activities.

Teen Mission Plan

Goals:

To encourage teens to love God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength.
To create a fun, positive, spiritual, and safe environment for teens to get to know God and develop a relationship with Him.
To have spiritually mature teens disciple one another.
To have a teen disciple in every high school in Charlotte.
To develop a reputation in the community for sacrificial service and giving.

Mission: (Family, Fun, & Fruit)

FAMILY- What Teens Will Learn:

Each teen is an important part of the body and each teen has a role in the Teen Ministry.
The foundation to building God's church and individual ministries is Christ.
How to use their talents and gifts to bring glory to God and save souls.

FUN - What Teens Will Learn:

Psalms 1:1 - 3

That having fun and being blessed is having an effective relationship with God.

FRUIT - What Teens Will Learn:

Galatians 5:22-25 (Fruit of the Spirit), 1 Timothy 4:11-16 (Fruit of Saving Souls)

The character of Jesus.
That the way they live their spiritual lives can win the souls of family and friends.
